STEP WORKOUT (1 hour class)

NEW AGE STEP

The real “¾ rhythm “didactic system to work with the famous platform

STEP STRATEGY
+1=2, 2+2=4, step is mathematics: logical progressions, basic step patterns, strategic and smooth transitions based on a physical challenge and a dynamic workout.


ASYMMETRIC STEP
A step class that embraces the “no taps” rule for the best transitions. A new approach for builiding construction that can end in a variety of step teaching systems:

AERODIRECTIONS
Travel with Igor in this 360° aerobic workout: bring your sens of directions, your hi-low experiences and your energy (don’t forget your aero-shoes!).

WALK IN PROGRESS
A low impact aerobic class that builds up blocks, transitions and choreography from a march.


STRETCHING WORKOUT (1 hour class)

FLEXACTIVE WORKOUT
The work aims to improve the dynamic flexibility of the whole body through exercises which combine phases in erected position and phases on the floor . A body which moves by the rhythm of the waves and with the grace and sinuosity like a leave moved by the wind

CONDITIONING WORKOUT (1 hour class)


DYNAMIC TONE SYSTEM
Dynamic Tone System is a dynamic conditioning program which includes tone phases and cardio phases with the target of weight loss and localized weight loss among collective fitness lessons. This program can be developed without or with the following tools:

Rubber Band .
